These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ready Today website and services (the “Service”) operated by Ready Today (“Ready Today”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is offered to users in the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Ready Today provides educational and informational content about household preparedness, drawing on publicly available guidance from FEMA, the American Red Cross, the CDC, USDA, and NOAA. The Service is not emergency advice, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional consultation of any kind. Plans, scores, drills, and recommendations are general guidance, not prescriptions, and may not be appropriate for your specific circumstances. Always exercise your own judgment.
Call 911 immediately and follow the instructions of local authorities, FEMA, NOAA, and other official sources. Do not rely on the Service as a primary information source during an active emergency.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Paid plans are sold and billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also accept Paddle's terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

The Service, including all content, branding, and software, is owned by Ready Today and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription. All other rights are reserved.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g. assessment answers, profile data). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.
Some product recommendations include Amazon Associates or other affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our recommendations are not influenced by commission rates.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, READY TODAY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, EMERGENCIES, EVACUATION DECISIONS, MEDICAL DECISIONS, FINANCIAL DECISIONS, RELIANCE ON CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ready Today and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
