If you are not satisfied with Ready Today, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No forms, no hoops — email support@readytoday.io from the address on your subscription and we will issue the refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@readytoday.io from the address tied to your subscription.
2. Include your order or transaction ID if you have it.
3. We will confirm the refund and process it through Paddle, our payment processor.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle (Merchant of Record) and typically appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What is and isn't covered

• Covered: the initial purchase of any Ready Today plan, requested within 7 days.
• Not covered: renewals after the first paid period, or refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the rest of the billing period you have already paid for.
